With an eye for equity and excellence, we'll walk shoulder to shoulder with you through your building or if you're too busy, we'll do the observations and gather feedback from key stakeholders for you. This is not an evaluative school audit. Instead, it is an opportunity to assess and reflect from a new perspective. HEARTWORK will write a very brief report and we can also lead your team in a reflection and/or action planning session.
